Heros in our lives

Heros what are they???? They are people that we admire for the things that they did or they are doing. There are a lot of heros that we can consider Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, soldiers and others. When we were children, the most of us, had a hero or a lot of them. Nowadays, we lost the conception of heros we consider the pop stars and forgot the people that really do important things for the humanity. Like said Cazuza "My heros died of overdose." And for you what are heros nowadays?

    I think that heroes are kind of forgotten with the celebrities too, but depending of the famous people they can really be consider a hero ('cause some of them did or do things for the humanity). So, I think it's important when you say who are your hero, because your hero is the person that you follow, admire and want to be.

    I believe heroes are ordinary people who donate their lives in the name of a bigger group. As some Nuns who move to the countryside of Brasilia, for example, to educate kids which would have no conditions to have a dignified life without their help. I think it's a brave act and it requires a lot of courage.
    On the other hand, we have these "famous heroes" or "nowadays heroes" just like Bono Vox or Angelina Jolie. I don't know if they're real heroes, but I think they're doing a good job, since they are well known, they are role models. Therefore, people may want to follow their examples, and they can be promoting a "chain of good acts", it means they are changing the world.
